Celebrity chef Tiffany Derry's long awaiting restaurant, Roots Southern Table, finally opened up in June of 20221. Derry prepares Southern dishes as a reminder of her roots, but with a twist. The shrimp & grits are lightly fried, which makes them fluffy, and her gumbo recipe does not taste like any other! These dishes are among the few that are worth trying at Roots.
